WARNING: Hostile Management, Documented Property Damage, and Hidden Ownership. Don’t go here, please! I took my 2025 Honda Civic here for a tire service and had a traumatic experience. After I questioned an unauthorized $50 charge processed before a written estimate was even provided, the "manager," who goes by the name "Andre," became extremely hostile. He began yelling at me to the point where I felt threatened and unsafe as a woman alone in the shop. The Facts: Identity Deception: We have verified via BAR licensing and public records that the man who goes by "Andre" is actually the shop owner, Usama Sabry Awad Halim. He uses an alias while refusing to provide his legal identity or insurance information to customers. Property Damage: My car was returned with a large dent on the driver’s door. I have time-stamped photos proving the car was pristine at drop-off, and photos on their lot where the Meineke sign is clearly visible in the reflection next to the damage. I went to this location to get an inspection for Uber/Lyft. I paid $79.00 UP FRONT before the “inspection” and was then told that I had a small and I mean small knick in my windshield and he couldn’t perform the inspection. But….if I paid him $200 CASH then miraculously he could not only perform the inspection but also PASS the inspection for me. I declined and asked to receive a refund of the $79 and he said it was “nonrefundable” even though he didn’t perform the inspection. I left and went to another place and they performed the inspection and I passed. Rip off con artists need to be stopped. So pathetic. It’s disgusting. Just do honest work. We are all out here just trying to make it. This shady type of business isn’t necessary.

I'm an Uber driver and I stopped by here to get my car inspected. I was charged $99.99 by this guy. I asked him the price but he didn't tell me. He asked me to put in my credit card. I immediately canceled the charge and wanted a refund, but he refused to refund it.
